Oh we loved this cafe restaurant. The Japanese food is excellent and the service is lovely. We adored every dish. The mixed sashimi. The miso soup. The agedashi tofu. The scallops. The okonomyaki. All of it was utterly delicious. We thought the bill was very reasonable. We’d come every week if we were locals! Highly recommended.

The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating. the service was good and the meals were brought out fairly quickly. The portion sizes were a generous size and the food was delicious. I will definitely go back again.

Not sure if this is "FRIES ON THE SIDE" AS WELL, (map is showing same position...If not my review refers to Fries on the side) What a lovely setting, inside and out, lovely friendly staff who greet you with a smile and "Hello" the fish bites and chips were a real hit, cooked to perfection...... What a beautiful little town...and those magnificent trees lining the centre of the road....I just want to go back and revisit.... Worth a detour from the normal route of highways..

My wife and I had the best dinner here last night we were both blown away with the quality and flavour. Everything was so fresh and flavourful could not fault a thing if only we could give more than 5 stars. Will definitely plan on coming back.

The food was absolutely perfect, the ambiance was spot on—everything was just exceptional! The staff were incredibly accommodating, the dishes were served warm and fresh, and the cocktails were simply superb. I've been here twice already, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend this gem in Sawtell—an absolute must-try!

What can I say except this is a great find and we will be back for more very soon. The Miso Soup was delicious and it’s been a while since I’ve tasted soup this good. Such fun trying different dishes and all that came with them. The service was exceptional and the prices were amazing. Thank you so much.
